The Noted Anatomist is an online anatomy education platform founded by David Morton, Ph.D. We offer on-demand video lessons, lecture notes, topic summaries, interactive flashcards, USMLE-style quizzes, live monthly Q&A webinars, and access to a community of medical students, medical professionals, and teachers. Our platform is hosted through HighLevel.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or access The Noted Anatomist. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that the information you provide during registration is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You may not share your account with others or allow third parties to access your membership. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at the email address listed below.

4. Purchases and Payment

The Noted Anatomist offers both one-time purchases and recurring subscription memberships. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

For recurring subscriptions, your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 24 hours of your original purchase. To request a refund, you must contact us within that window. After 24 hours, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Refund requests submitted after the 24-hour period will not be honored, regardless of the circumstances.

To request a refund, email us with your order details and we will process eligible refunds promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on The Noted Anatomist, including but not limited to video lessons, lecture notes, flashcards, quizzes, graphics, and written materials, is the intellectual property of The Noted Anatomist and David Morton, Ph.D. Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission. Sharing login credentials or course materials with non-members is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.

7. Community Conduct

Members who participate in our community forums or live events agree to conduct themselves respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any member who engages in harassment, spam, hate speech, or any other behavior that disrupts the learning environment. Account termination due to conduct violations does not entitle you to a refund.

8. Disclaimers

The content provided through The Noted Anatomist is for educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, and it is not a substitute for professional medical training, clinical judgment, or the guidance of a licensed healthcare provider. We do not guarantee that your use of this platform will result in a specific exam score or professional outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Noted Anatomist and its founders, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our platform or content. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of The Noted Anatomist after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
